Lemon

Our lemon bar is made with grapeseed oil, flax seed, ghee, jojoba oil, palm kernel oil, palm oil, pumpkin seed oil, sunflower seed oil, beef tallow, sodium hydroxide (lye), sodium lactate and distilled water.

Dried: lemon zest, lemon balm and lemon grass

Essential oil: Lemongrass

Benefits of the oils - 

Grapeseed oil has anti-inflammatory properties that calm redness, irritation and conditions like eczema or dermatitis. It also helps promote collagen production and improves skin's bounce and texture. 

Flax seed oil is rich in omega -3 fatty acids that helps lock in moisture and restore suppleness to dry skin. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that helps calm inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and acne. 

Ghee is rich in fatty acids and vitamin A,D,E and K which deeply hydrates dry or flaky skin. It is packed with antioxidants that smooth fine lines and improves skin elasticity. 

Jojoba oil encourages collagen production and may aid in wound healing and scar reduction.  It acts as a humectant and emollient, which draws in moisture while sealing it in. 

Palm kernel oil enhances skin smoothness and radiance to improve skin texture. It is high in saturated fats and lauric acid, it provides intense hydration and helps soften rough, dry skin. 

Palm oil has vitamin A and E which helps promote cell turnover and reduce the appearance of fine line and wrinkles. It strengthens the skins natural barrier, making it more resilient to environmental stressors.

Pumpkin seed oil promotes skin regeneration and may help reduce the appearance of scars or blemishes over time. It is packed with vitamin A,C,E and zinc, it helps neutralize free radicals and supports skin repair. It is also rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, it deeply moisturizes and helps maintain a smooth, supple texture. 

Sunflower seed oil has vitamin A,C and D which help reduce acne-causing bacteria and promote clearer skin. It supports the skin's natural defenses, reducing moisture loss and protecting against environmental stressors. 

Beef tallow contains vitamin A,D,E and K which support skin repair, elasticity, and overall radiance. It helps with eczema, dryness and minor wounds, thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.
